Skill Level: Intermediate, Advanced

The workshop begins with a portfolio review and a short presentation on the history of fine art nude photography. We will go over the camera settings that will best serve you in shooting nude photography on location, answering technical and aesthetic questions. We will photograph models in the studio, investigating lighting, form and composition. At the end of the day, we will review and critique everyone’s images. Required: A digital camera with a hotshoe, and a laptop computer recommended.

About the Instructor:  Christine Szeredy is an international acclaimed photographer. Her images have been highlighted in American Photography, ProFoto, Select Magazine, Picture Perfect, Alcove Books, MAC-on-Campus, Photo Vogue Italy. She holds a Masters in Fine Art form the Academy of Art University in San Francisco and has taught private workshops in her studio at the Art Institute in Charlotte. Today, based in Colorado, she divides her time between commercial and fine art photography, teaching, and alternative processes.
