Learn the fundamentals of black-and-white analog photography in our 6 week course, Beginner & Intermediate Black & White Film and Darkroom!⁠

This course introduces students to exposing film correctly, developing film by hand, and printing black-and-white negatives while helping more experienced students strengthen technique, build confidence, and develop troubleshooting skills.⁠

Sites of Memory is an exhibition inspired by the selection for One Book One Denver: The Nickel Boys by Colson Whitehead.⁠
⁠
Drawing from the themes of The Nickel Boys, this exhibition examines how trauma is embedded in place and carried across generations. Through portraiture and landscape, four artists map emotional and historical terrains where memory resists disappearance and the past remains urgently present.⁠

This in-person workshop introduces participants to the fundamentals of framing works on paper through a combination of demonstration, guided instruction, and hands-on practice. Students will learn how to assess the condition of a piece, measure it accurately, design an appropriate framing approach, and move through the full process from raw materials to a completed framed object.⁠
