Skill level | Teen has taken an entry level photography class
Goal: To help teens with previous in-school darkroom classes take their photography skills to the next-level
Objectives: At the end of this workshop, participants will:
1.Be able to process and print their own film autonomously;
2. Understand and demonstrate use of manual camera controls;
3. Understand and explain concepts such as tonal range, mood, and composition
Required supplies for this program:
Materials (student provides):
- 5 rolls Kodak TMAX film, 100 or 400 speed 24 exposures
- 35mm or medium-format film camera with full manual controls and fresh battery (please no automatic cameras)
- Examples of previous classwork
- 3-ring binder
- A work apron, optional
- Lunch (Monday through Thursday)

- Photographic paper, RC
- Chemistry
- Handouts
- Negative files
- Nitrile exam gloves
