A fancy photo app may make your cell phone pics look better, but there’s more to eye catching photos than adjusting contrast and color post shoot. In the first session of this two part online class, we will go over some basic controls and tips in taking cell phone photos, as well as cover some composition tips to help you compose a dynamic shot to begin with. You will be given a scavenger hunt list of things to photograph, and we’ll share these during our second session and have a little coffee time critique. We will also go over adjusting and editing photos using the cell phone camera’s own software.

Materials Needed:

  • Smart phone with camera
  • Notebook and pen for notes
