REFUND & WITHDRAWAL POLICY
CPAC reserves the right to cancel programs due to low enrollment (class cancellation decisions are made 7 days before the start of a class). In such instances, the student may transfer (class transfers must be applied to already scheduled workshops) or receive a refund with no processing fee charge.
Otherwise, CPAC requires notice no less than 7 calendar days in advance of the first scheduled session for any courses or workshops (“programs”) requesting to transfer to another program, or withdraw and receive a full tuition refund. All refunds are subject to a $15 administrative fee, however, transfers are not subject to a fee. Cancellations occurring less than 7 days before the start date will receive 50% refund of funds minus the administration fee. If withdrawal from a class occurs less than 24 hours prior to class, no refund, nor transfer will be given.
Transfers or refunds cannot be granted for “no shows,” nor if notice is given less than 7 days in advance of a program start.
All registrations received less than 7 days before the start of a program, including same-day registrations, are final and are not eligible for transfer or refund.
The Education & Programs Manager or Executive Director/Curator can make exceptions to the above policy in the instance of a verified emergency.
We require a 50% deposit and remaining balance paid 3 days before start date for workshop over $300.
Colorado Photographic Arts Center is not responsible for travel and lodging expenses or any other costs incurred as a result of cancellation.
Health or family emergencies may qualify for exceptions. In this instance a maximum refund of 50% may be granted only if the cancellation does not cause major financial loss to Colorado Photographic Arts Center.
No refunds are given for withdrawal from PhotoVox.
