Colorado Photographic Arts Center Response to Covid-19

The Colorado Photographic Arts Center is open the public. To help prevent the spread of coronavirus and protect the health and safety of our staff and visitors, CPAC has implemented policies in accordance with guidance from local, state, and federal health authorities.

For Your Safety and Ours:

> All visitors, employees, interns, and volunteers are asked to wear face coverings

Cleaning and sanitization:

> Hand sanitizer will be available at the door

> Gallery will be sanitized monthly by a professional cleaning service

Policies for staff, interns, and volunteers:

> Staff who are sick will be required to stay home for a minimum of 14 days until symptom free or test negative

> Staff who have symptoms or live with someone with symptoms must stay home and self-quarantine

> Interns and volunteers will complete a health check before entering the gallery

CPAC Programs and Services:

> Exhibitions: The gallery will be open during regular business hours. No timed-entry or reservations required.

> Classes and Workshops: Classes will continue to be held online and in-person. Participants in on-site classes will be asked to complete a brief health check before starting. After taking an in-person class, if you test positive for COVID-19 within 14 days of being inside our building, you agree to inform CPAC staff so contact tracing may begin as soon as possible.

> Artist Resources: CPAC’s onsite darkroom and digital lab will be open during regular business hours. Each space will be limited to one person at a time, and users will be asked to complete a brief health check.

> Events: Some events will continue to be held online or have an online component.

While we are taking extra precautions to maintain a clean environment, an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. By visiting the gallery you acknowledge that you’ve read our guidelines and you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19.
