Photography is a practice that develops over time. From beginning classes to advanced intensives, CPAC provides space to build technical skill, explore process, and deepen creative work. Our workshops support continued growth at your own pace and in your own direction. Programs run year-round, from one-day workshops to multi-week courses led by working artists and educators. Most classes take place in our downtown Denver classroom, with additional offerings with our partner darkroom at Rocky Mountain College of Art and Design and select off-site locations. Summer programs are also available for teens ages 11–17.
Teen Participants: Most CPAC classes and workshops are designed for adult learners. Teens ages 16 and older may be able to participate in select adult classes. If you are a teen—or the parent or guardian of a teen—interested in registering for one of our regular classes, please contact us at edu@cpacphoto.org before registering so we can confirm that the course is an appropriate fit with the instructor.
Please note: we make decisions as to whether or not a class will run based on enrollment numbers. If a class does not meet our minimum enrollment, you will be notified and refunded for the course.
