A once a month seminar for three months in preparation to participate in the Denver Month of Photography. Artists will discuss photo themes of social relevance to enlarge personal digital images into large black and white posters for street wheat pasting and ASLD photo exhibit.

About the Instructor: Sandy Ceas is an artist, educator and international lecturer that considers herself to be a Social Practice Artist who is concerned as a global citizen bringing world issues to local venues. Sandy grew up on the east coast starting a career in Fashion Design in New York and Boston. Soon she moved to San Francisco and then to Denver moving on from fashion to Fine Art. She has a Master’s of Fine Arts – New Genres from the San Francisco Art Institute and Master’s in the philosophy of Religious Studies from the University of Denver. Her global adventures usually involve artist residencies and teaching for cultural exchange, to include Europe, Africa and Mexico. Sandy’s art is exhibited nationally and internationally.
