Whether you are continuing on from Part 1 of this series, or have worked with photoshop for a while, but have yet to explore or understand layer masks, this workshop is for you. Part 2 will introduce/review masking adjustment layers in order to make isolated edits to color and tone, but then we will also cover the selection tools and use these to create a single image from multiple photo exposures (HDR).

Prior to class, students should have Adobe Photoshop already installed, and preferably have Adobe Bridge installed as well. Having a second monitor or device is highly recommended for this online class. Before the first session, the instructor will email you files that we will be working on in class.

Materials Needed:

  • Computer with Adobe Photoshop and Bridge installed
  • A second monitor or device (recommended)
  • Notebook and pen for notes
  • Zoom account (free) for access to class

Please register as you normally would, and CPAC will update you with links to take your class or workshop as scheduled online.
