CPAC is committed to protecting your privacy. This Site is not directed toward children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect any personal information from children under the age of 13. Information Collected on the Site

CPAC will use this information to respond to you regarding the reason you contacted CPAC, and to share other CPAC-related communications. Financial Transactions & Donor Privacy

When you enter into a financial transaction with CPAC, including but not limited to purchasing a membership, making a donation, or purchasing online tickets or other products, we and our third party merchants and agents may collect information necessary to process your transaction: your name, billing and shipping address, telephone number, and email address. The third-party merchants may collect your credit card information and process your credit card transactions. Wherever CPAC collects payment information such as credit card data, that information is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way. You can verify this by looking for a lock icon in the address bar and looking for “https” at the beginning of the address of the Web page.

We do not sell our donor, member, or visitor information. We do not exchange with other organizations the names and addresses we receive, unless it is for a joint program in which you are participating. While CPAC uses encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, CPAC also protect your information offline. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job are granted access to personally identifiable information. If you feel that we are not abiding by this privacy policy, you should contact us immediately via the contact information listed on the CPAC website.

Refund Policy

Memberships are non refundable. Please see our refund policy for classes.
