CPAC is committed to protecting your privacy. We do not systematically collect or record names, addresses, phone numbers, gender identity or other personally identifying data (the “Personal Data”) from visitors to the website, unless such data is voluntarily submitted by visitors for the purposes outlined below.

This Site is not directed toward children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect any personal information from children under the age of 13. Information Collected on the Site

CPAC uses the personal information you provide to us for internal purposes. Individuals that sign up for email updates, request use of darkroom space or digital lab, register for classes or events, request portfolio reviews, join CPAC, make donations, or otherwise communicate with CPAC through this website may be asked to share certain personally identifiable information including but not limited to their names, email addresses, mailing addresses, and phone numbers. CPAC will use this information to respond to you regarding the reason you contacted CPAC, and to share other CPAC-related communications. CPAC will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request. You may opt out of any future contacts from us at any time by contacting CPAC at the email address or phone number listed on the CPAC website. Likewise, you have the right to request that any data has about you be provided to you, erased, corrected, restricted, and/or ported to another service provider.

CPAC may also compile and provide aggregate anonymized statistics about our visitors, customers, sales, traffic patterns and related site information to third parties such as event sponsors, but these statistics will not include any Personal Data.

Email Newsletter

CPAC may record your email address if you email us, submit an online form that contains your email address, register for tours or events, purchase a membership or make a donation online, or opt to receive email notices of CPAC programs, news, and events. CPAC does not share your email address. Financial Transactions & Donor Privacy

When you enter into a financial transaction with CPAC, including but not limited to purchasing a membership, making a donation, or purchasing online tickets or other products, we and our third party merchants and agents may collect information necessary to process your transaction: your name, billing and shipping address, telephone number, and email address. The third-party merchants may collect your credit card information and process your credit card transactions. Wherever CPAC collects payment information such as credit card data, that information is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way. You can verify this by looking for a lock icon in the address bar and looking for “https” at the beginning of the address of the Web page.

We do not sell our donor, member, or visitor information. We do not exchange with other organizations the names and addresses we receive, unless it is for a joint program in which you are participating. While CPAC uses encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, CPAC also protect your information offline. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job are granted access to personally identifiable information. If you feel that we are not abiding by this privacy policy, you should contact us immediately via the contact information listed on the CPAC website.

Refund Policy

Memberships are non refundable. Please see our refund policy for classes.

CPAC may amend this privacy policy at any time; please review it periodically. We will update the “effective date” at the top of this Privacy Policy to indicate changes to the Policy.
