Join us this Sunday, October 11th, for Still Looking: Gentle Yoga in the Gallery - a slow, all-levels yoga session that brings together movement, breath, and close observation in the gallery.⁠
⁠
Em (@heavylight____) will lead a beginner-friendly class from 10am-11am. Bring your own mat and any other props you like to use (blankets or towels are recommended for those who like extra cushioning - 2 yoga blankets are available to borrow).⁠
⁠
Take this opportunity to interact with the gallery space in a different way than you're used to - This 60 minute program will include a gentle yoga flow, quiet time in the gallery, and optional reflection centered on the exhibition. Our current exhibition is Indian Circus by the incredible Mary Ellen Mark.⁠

$15 for non-members ⁠

No yoga or photography experience is required. All are welcome.⁠

Join us for our new workshop, The Confident Photographer: Seeing, Composing, and Exposing with Intention with Mark Payler!⁠

The Confident Photographer is a dynamic four-session course designed for beginning and intermediate photographers who want to move beyond taking snapshots and begin creating more intentional, visually engaging images. Each class combines one hour of classroom-style instruction with one hour of guided outdoor photography exploration.⁠

Through a combination of discussion, demonstration, and hands-on practice, students will learn practical camera and composition techniques while developing a stronger understanding of how visual decisions shape a photograph. The course emphasizes seeing creatively, understanding visual structure, and gaining confidence through real-world shooting exercises and instructor guidance.⁠
