This class is designed to provide student photographers with a foundation of digital photography knowledge and the experience of manipulating and altering their photographs. In our altered art workshop, students will experience capturing images with a digital camera and transform their standard photographs into extraordinary compositions. Student artists will learn about collage artists David Hockney and David Stern as they explore the possibilities of weaving and layering creative compositions together. Students will also learn how to alter their art digitally through the extraordinary processes of Adobe Photoshop CC. Together we will create magical photographs that have been altered through careful craft and creative vision.
