Check out our newest exhibition 'Show Us Your Down Check out our newest exhibition 'Show Us Your Downtown' — a celebration of the 150th anniversary of statehood in Colorado!⁠ ⁠ Juror Darrin Alfred, Curator and Head of Architecture and Design and The Kirkland at the Denver Art Museum, selected 30 photographs that together offer a multifaceted portrait of Colorado. Colorado Photographic Arts Center is proud to pres Colorado Photographic Arts Center is proud to present the first solo exhibition of Mary Ellen Mark’s work in Colorado!⁠ ⁠ Indian Circus by Mary Ellen Mark opens September 25th in the CPAC Gallery, with the Opening Reception on Thursday, October 1st.⁠ ⁠ Indian Circus grew from Mark’s enduring relationship with India. After first traveling there in 1969, she returned repeatedly over the next twenty years. In 1989, supported by grants from the Eastman Kodak Company and the National Endowment for the Arts, she spent six months traveling with eighteen circus companies.
