Thank you for supporting the Colorado Photographic Arts Center’s mission to support photographers at every level through resources, education, and opportunities while also creating a welcoming space for everyone to engage with photography.

With your support, we can:

  • Keep CPAC’s exhibitions FREE and open to the public

  • Present the 2027 Month of Photography Denver Festival, highlighting more than 500 local, national, and international photographers through 100+ exhibitions and events (March 1 – 31, 2027)

  • Present 10 exhibitions highlighting 200 artists, including local, emerging, and underrepresented voices

  • Present year-round classes and workshops for adults and teens at every skill level, both in person and online

  • Provide resources for artists including a fully equipped darkroom, digital lab, photobook library, and Permanent Collection

  • Continue to support artists in Colorado’s military community through the Veterans Workshop Series – an arts education program that has helped 69 local veterans gain the skills necessary to exhibit, sell, and publish their work at a professional level

If you’re 70½ or older, you can make a tax-smart gift directly from your IRA to CPAC through a Qualified Charitable Distribution (QCD). This counts toward your required minimum distribution and may reduce your taxable income—without the need to itemize deductions.

Donating appreciated stocks, bonds, or mutual funds can be a powerful way to support our work while potentially reducing your capital gains taxes. We accept direct transfers from brokerage accounts.

Double your impact! Many employers match charitable contributions made by their employees, retirees, or even spouses. Check with your HR department to see if your company offers a matching gift program.

 

CPAC is enrolled in Benevity, a platform used by many companies for workplace giving and volunteer grants. If your employer uses Benevity, you can search for us directly within their giving portal to request a matching gift or make a donation.

Making a bequest is simple and straightforward. Let your advisor know your wishes and they will put the appropriate language in your will.
